With all instances of corruption levelled against the Akkufo-Addo, one would have thought there would be some sort of sanity and professionalism in governance to earn some credibility. Unfortunately, it looks like there is always some shenanigan from individual Akkufo-Addo appointees or the government as a whole. meanwhile, Akkufo-Addo does not hold press conference to answer to anyone and holed up in his office with all these incompetent and corrupt appointees surrounding him in the so called presidency. No one gives any explanation as to why these irregularities take place while Ghanaians continue to suffer from the corrupt and incompetency of this administration. Whoever thought Ghana would descend into this pit of a political shit hole?

Unless the requirement for quoters did include existence of entities for a period of time, there is nothing wrong to award to a company that is a year old. A solicitation does set out requirements and evaluation criteria for offer acceptance so what is all this criticism about if due diligence was performed? Yes, it might smell, feel or look like whatever you may feel but you have to come up with concrete evidence to proof otherwise. Regarding the executive approval, yes, if this is used in the greater interest of the Ghanaian government, it is allowed !

Have you updated yourself on KELNY-GVG, PDS, SML, AIRTEL-TIGO deals and counting???? Unplug from your selective amnesia and speak like a human being. These people have beyond any reasonable measure demonstrated without compunction, a long history of naked, decided crookery and they have made no bones about it. Go and read the Agyapa documents.
