  Didn't the project have a monitor? why did the media have to bring this to your attention. Why do you guy behave as if Ghana is so big that things cannot be monitored. We know you are corrupt but at least try and do some work

  Damage control??? Manasseh is successfully hunting elephants invading our homes and backyards with jabs of overdose of venoms......that was in nigth but the day is gradually turning on its ligths.
