  We have a rotten judicial system in Ghana. Godfred Dame is a criminal and he is trying somebody for criminality. Fellow Ghanaians, wake up. We are not practising democracy but tyranny. Criminal Akuffo Addo has no idea about governance and rule of law. He has subjected us to pain and suffering. When an NPP commits a crime, he goes Scott free and when NDC member commits a crime he must be punished. They used this tactics to destroy Ghana.

  Am not a lawyer but an ingr. However, what I want to know is that does the court use constitution or technicality because the judge by this analysis refers to opinionated views like 'to the best of my knowledge, my mind' which suggests he does not fully grasped the context of the application by itself.

  NDC's lawyers may have gone to the same law school as the NPP's but their repeated miserable failures in the courts tells me they didn't learn the same lessons. Even then, they should at least have learned by now that the law is not practiced on radio and TV stations or in front of microphones at press conferences. The law is practiced in court where the law, logic, and sound reasoning rooted in strong evidence win cases. No room for propaganda.

  Lawyers will say, Godfred Dame's conversation with the third accused is 'subornation of perjury' but the trial judge hid behind technicalities to give beleaguered Attorney General a slap on the wrist because the trial judge was threading cautiously. Not long ago, when justice Gyimah, wanted to try Dr. Opuni's case de novo ( start afresh) he was transferred with supersonic speed to Kumasi. So , once Akuffo Addo is lawless, a tyrant and a despot if Justice Serwaa Asare Botwe was not careful, she could suffer some consequences because the ferocious lion, Akuffo Addo, has a vested interest in the persecution of Dr Ato Forson. We are in a weird times ! And everybody is strangely silent!
