I THOUGHT THAT WAS WHAT THE MUCH PUBLICIZED '1 DISTRICT, 1 DAM' WAS ABOUT. JUST LIKE THE INFAMOUS CATHEDRAL, WE STARTED FROM THE MOUTH AND RHETORIC AND ENDED UP NOWHERE!
That scheme was bogus! Money was doled to akuffo addo/bawumia cronies for free! They are all trying to dodge justice praying bawumia wins!
