  @Capricn your comments makes you one of the fools in NDC. Sabronum is a village if 40 bed hospital is built there it will help in health delivery over there. It's benefit to the village folks will be enormous. However, NDC ...

  @Capricn your comments makes you one of the fools in NDC. Sabronum is a village if 40 bed hospital is built there it will help in health delivery over there. It's benefit to the village folks will be enormous. However, NDC has been in power for years were they able to built a hospital for that village? Volta region, the NDC stronghold is the most undeveloped region in Ghana, what about that.
