The whole vetting process is a charade and simply a smooth rite of passage to their respective positions. It's mainly an inside job, as MPs pat the backs of fellow MPs, expecting future favors from the nominees.
The way they do vetting is a joke. The question are not so wisely chosen. Ghanaian leaders are funny people. Hahaha.
