During his time, we had Hon. Kyei Mensah Bonsu as *Minister for Parliamentary Affairs* so the so-called FACILITATING money could have come from that ministry in charge of the committee's work and not the one (Chief of Staff) who submitted the nominees names for vetting.
This is the logic of a lawyer, ex MP, and a senior politician that......*because these monies came AFTER VETTINGS*... they are not BRIBE. Meanwhile, we know that vetting is a process and not an event.

This kind of thinking is very common in Ghana politics and in the corporate world.
