  350,000 can not build a school but it can start the foundation of a school. It can also provide desks to some of the schools.

  I hope the government would listen to IPG. How on earth would MPs be entitled to this money, while some pupils attend school under a tree. Now Doctors and lecturers are competing to become parliamentarians because of this money they know they will get once they get in there. It is a fact that majority, if any, of these MPs use the money to build houses for themselves and nothing else. People should go to parliament to serve the people, and not to expect special treatments like being paid money upfront for no work done, special hospital to cater for them and their families, and even have security escorts. This money that is given to them should be stopped and invested in some other venture to the benefit of the people. Members like Bagbin has been there for all these years, and now the speaker, and we have all the rots going inthe country. How many MPs have proposed laws that have benefited the people? Some are in the chamber who cannot read, let alone understand the paliamentary procedures and rules. They do not deserve the money.
