Spanish giants Barcelona thrashed Borussia Dortmund in the first leg of the UEFA Champions League quarter-final on Wednesday, April 10, 2025.

Barcelona put four goals past the German side at the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys, placing themselves in a strong position to progress to the semi-finals.

Raphinha gave the Catalans the lead in the first half before they added three more in the second half to seal a dominant victory.

Robert Lewandowski scored a brace after the break, while Lamine Yamal added the final goal to complete the rout.

Barcelona, following the win, have extended their unbeaten run to 23 matches, with 20 wins and three draws.

The return leg is set for Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at Signal Iduna Park, where Dortmund will need a miracle to overturn the deficit.
