In fact this directive is long overdue. Good to Okonfo Anokye out patient department and see the condition of washrooms. As if its meant for for Muslims use only. Water everywhere like mortuary. Very bad.

What about parking your motorcycle or car? We are always charged.
A very matured directive by the Health Service.Even private hospitals don't charge those unnecessary fees.Its long overdue but better late than never.We need such people to man our institutions.Thanks for your foresight

It would come to nothing because Ghanaians are very filthy and have very bad practices in was rooms. Right from squatting on toilet bowls, spitting everywhere, and using stones and corn cobs to clean their anuses.

We build hospitals without allocating resources to run the hospitals. For example why are there no toilet papers in the hospital washrooms?
