Most of the mobile money fraud are being perpetuated with the blessings of MTN. Their staffs are neck deep in the sales of fraudulently registered SIMs to fraud boys to wreck havoc on unsuspecting individuals. Change of ownership of mobile money SIMs is the main ruse being used to acquire preregistered sims with correct pins to those SIMs registered in others name while the perpetrators hide behind the preregistered name. MTN needs to be punished severely to deter them from selling pre-registered SIMs. Go to their offices now, they will tell you, they are not cutting mobile money SIMs but dole out 2000 to 3000 cedis and you have access to mobile money SIMs today today for business.

Why Not?......So you ask how to tighten controls over petty crime,......well lits staring you in the face.
Nepotism is one of the problems in the banking system.....family are involved with employment so are never prosecuted.
The Mangers of Banks are responsible to their account holders, furthermore are charged with upholding the law ,and should refer ANY SUSPECT THEFT TO THE POLICE NO MATTER WHO THEY ARE......TRY IT.......YOU NEVER KNOW IT MIGHT BE THE START TO CLEAN UP THEFT OF CUSTOMERS MONEY.!!!!!!!!!!
