2. The suspension of A Chief Justice (not THE Chief Justice) is as per Art 146 Section 10 (a)
3. You are flawing the suspension as UNCONSTITUTIONAL on grounds of the absence an Instrument
4. You however accept as CONSTITUTIONAL the suspension WITHOUT an Instrument under the same Article 146 same Section 10 but (b)
5. You have gone to 29..,on DISCRETION.
6. You accept the appointment of Araba as CJ as a fair use of discretion
