Assuming it's so, how would you call somebody who has been able to manipulate the system and be receiving 1.3m Gh.cedis into his private account then. For me let the allow the law take its course. For Atta Akyea to say the AG said they aren't going to rush to prosecute anybody but has gone back on his own words is neither here nor there. In prosecution it's always like that where you rush to court to ask for some time to finish gathering your evidence. Mind you, you know as a lawyer that suspects can't be kept beyond a certain limits and it's only the court that has that power. AG is right in going to court to ask for more time and also seek for remand. Mr counsel, didn't the judge said the prosecution have the right to ask for more time.

If Adu Boahene did not do any of the things on the AG charge sheet because there is no evidence then it should be to the benefit of your client because you will win the case. Why are you complaining?
