  Misguided by who? she has legal representatives representing her at all her court hearings and I believed they are qualified to do so. However, am sure if any issues they advised her as to what do to etc. the truth if she is ...

  Misguided by who? she has legal representatives representing her at all her court hearings and I believed they are qualified to do so. However, am sure if any issues they advised her as to what do to etc. the truth if she is very stubborn, disrespectful and too-known. She thinks she knows more than her legal representatives. she is well mature to decide things for herself and as well faces any consequences that comes along by her decisions. Let her serve the jail terms and learn a lesson from that. I thought she will show remorse from the whole case from the beginning. its serve her right!

  She has nothing against the man IN COURT. She can only make accusations against him in the court of public opinion.
  She was a consenting adult who indulged sexual intercourse or activities with another adult. The other adult gave her a motor vehicle to use of which he retained title to. If it was a gift, the title would have changed to her name.
  He RENTED a plush apartment for you and promised you a couple of things. They did not materialise and it is a fact of life that promises fail and in pure sexual relationships its even worse. Its called pillow talk which judges all over the world don't take seriously. They will just tell you that you should have extricated yourself from it. That is what adults do.
  The man has a right to take the car from her after the relationship is broken because he gave her the use of the car in anticipation of a continuance of their relationship
  Please there is no court in this world where her grievances will be upheld.
  Her lawyers should be made to face disciplinary action. Even a first year law student will not make these silly mistakes.
  The worse thing is that they look on while she makes comments in the media. They should stop representing her immediately she started with those antics
