This move is likely to trigger legal challenges and widespread protests. But ask yourself: why would someone with only four years in office be in such a rush to rewrite the constitution?

If a past leader was using the taxpayers' money to educate school children, and the NDC then in opposition labelling it as a waste of money, what sense does it make to buy sanitary pads for schoolgirls?
