The constitution should be amended to reduce the power of the President. Also the constitution should make a provision for Ghanaians to remove the president if he is not performing or is corrupt. Ghanaians do not have to wait four years to vote out a corrupt president. The constitution should have a vote of no confidence with Ghanaians or parliament having a process to remove a president.
