  Massa, what has swearing in got to do with the "unable to perform" their function? Why then should be Veep be sworn if the president dies or is unable to perform his/her duties? If there is a role change, especially, that as acting president one must be sworn in by way of giving legal backing!! Mr know it all, do you really understand the legal reason why persons are sworn to assume office? Nonsense!!

  That is a Ghanaian lawyer who studied law with the head n Brian. A junk of ur fellows, I can't tell where they studied. Like our former prz, they can't trace classmates, no school to trace n graduated one man graduation.
