  Hmm another hopeless assurance. The workers are claiming they have not been paid for seven months.
  What is the response to this allegation?
  Secondly, the western rail line has not been functional for a long time close to four years, people including some of their own workers are stealing the rail tracks as metal scraps.
  Management are sems to be oblivious of the situation and keep on giving false promises to the disgruntled workers.
