What spectacular mess. Adongo, a BoG board member says one thing and the Bank comes out with a different statement in 24 hours.
If you are smart you’ll hold on to your dollar for a while. It’s better to have access to your foreign currency than it being locked up in the bank. The coming days will expose who is telling the truth.
