  Is this truly a western region inter- schools? It appears it is only schools in the Sekondi-Takoradi that are participating, excluding schools outside the Sekondi-Takoradi area. After all these years, the track is mainly dirt track. You cannot develope track & field, if the athletes are still running on dirt track.
