Why is the chief justice now asking two of the justices on her case to recluse themselves? Would she have preferred other justices instead of the two . She has no choice in selecting who sits on her case . That is the law.
Why should the government even entertain this challenge from the CJ . Mahama should just fire her . There are enough reasons to fire her and Mahama should not be a coward in executing his authority.

It looks like in the case Tsatsu Tsikata and the State when the state launched appeal against the ruling in favour of Tsatsu Tsikata, the Supreme Court Judges who sat on the first case and ruled in favour of Tsatsu Tsikata were not removed from the enlarge panel of judges.
