Ghana has 1000 tons of gold reserves, if it continues like this it will run out in 15 years.
That huge sum of money could be used to diversify the economy such as tourism and most especially agriculture just to mention a few areas of the economy. Dudai did it and we can do it too.
Ghana has gold reserves of $70-90 billion. Dubai was founded with $1 trillion.
Over the years have we seen any proper use for the proceeds from gold export? We are not even thinking of value addition just export of the raw gold. And citizens are heaping praises on our politicians. Hmmmm... this country ...
