One reason why what the NPP is doing is damaging is that when you keep accusing the government of a crime when there’s no crime, one day when the government commits a crime and you expose it, no one would believe you. The opposition’s duty is not to simply criticise the government and look for ways to make the government unpopular. It is to offer a credible alternative arguments and policies. We are getting none of that from the NPP, and I think the reason is that they have nothing to offer and this is why we should shun them until they get their acts together. They should stop protecting criminals and need to be honest to Ghanaians that they love the country. At the moment, we see a selfish party using the judicial system to protect the criminals amongst them.
