  Madam Minister, giving the donation is a good thing. But no one heard of foundations like World Vision, or SOS making such complaints. Please audit their books. It is possible funding is being misappropriated. I met the Reverend who set up Echoing Hills early 1990s. He is himself a physically challenged person, and he impressed me a great deal with his zeal. Why would he allow his foundation to be reduced to a beggar institution here in Ghana.
