If the cedi lost value we weep then if it gains value why not? When should we celebrate? We need to celebrate no matter what there gains to be made. There are ballads two ways to the coin. When the cedis was on depreciation there are those who earn the dollar always rejoicing so why not non dollar earners not also rejoicing? After all When will they rejoice? Stop this matter we should not rejoice we will those that it benefited if even for one day.

All of a sudden, we have big necks and heads like this buffoon talking. Nobody is advocating for single digit appreciation. All we care about is that the cedi is gaining strength against the dollar and other major currencies. Something that never happened in the past 8 years. Infact the president has said that he doesn't think single digits appreciation will be good for our export sector. He thinks it should stay around 10 or 11. Let's stay optimistic and support this government because if the country goes well, it is to the benefit of every Ghanaian.

Even Dubai currency is 3:6 Dirham to $1, how come they have not complained about their export..Mahama should spare us the excuses and let the team bring the cedi to dollar to $1-5 cedis..I don’t believe in those lies..please I need answers..the European countries and the Uk which has higher currency than the dollar, how come they are not affected by their exports?Jm is doing a good job but he needs to stop those excuses..we are in the internet world, u cannot lie to the masses
