  Government should think seriously about fixing Tema Oil Refinery instead of supporting BDCs to import finished products into the country. Government should know that the BDCs don't want the Refinery to work. Government does not care the quality of products imported by these Bulk Distribution Companies(BDCs). TOR needs private participation to support Government's efforts to come on stream. Thank you.
