  Even Mr Ato Ahwoi and Kwamina Ahwoi among those who started the decentralisation concept will never ever endorse it's under current educational situation where the majority of office holders are certificate "A"holders who have for the past years devastated the education sector,lack human source support at play. And the indications today are that many teachers are in Accra High Court for mishandling and mismanagement in many dimensions. A huge judgement debt awaits gov. as it applauds to endorse the concept into force.

  In a computer age world where access to information is made simple and communicated from the central board for an effective,efficient and fastest delivery,the President,Mr Mahama still finds it difficult to delay the decentralisation policy implimentation,forgetting that the implimentation goes with a condition of the development of human resource base support for its full and smooth takeover. For how long has the decentralisation concept failed in it's implimentation due to lack of human capital alone. The reason why Pres.Mahama in his early speech in office as president approved of the upgrading and promotion of all deputy directors of education to directors but with or without office .All in attempts to increase the human resource base .But for how long will this needed human capital number be realised as gov.continue to embrace and endorse fake education directors who have caused many teachers to seek refuge in Accra High Court for various but simple managerial inefficiencies.Stop endorsement by court.

And so is the board of governers with pta chair,headteacher,chief representative,pastor,imam and an ordinary ,and only the headteacher with educational knowledge to decide for himself,Pres.Mahama.

At the time every teacher and education office own a computer and gadgets. Life made simple by Nana Addo ,Ken Ofori Atta,Dr Amin .
