The nurses need to be reasonable. The agreement was signed when ghc was 16 to the $. Now it is ghc 10 to the $. They must look at the total picture of what this government is trying to do to improve lives overall. All hands need to be on deck to save Ghana. Expecting government to keep printing money and blowing the budget and increase deficit as was done in past can no longer work. They have to live within the budget they have to keep the economy stable. People cannot keep complaining and not be part of the solution and must help to rebuild this country destroyed over the last 8 years by greedy corrupt people.

Government should sack those who refuse to come back after court order. Nurses in Ghana are too arrogant. Government should retire all leaders of GRNMA. They are playing politics with the lives of Ghanaians. We did not see all these nonsense when NPP was in power.

Once the government bends to their demands, doctors, lab technicians, lecturers, teachers, and mortuary attendants will follow with their own strikes and sit-downs. The government would then be forced to print more money, leading back to square 1. The local currency would become worthless again, and we are trapped in a vicious cycle of hyperinflation and worthless currency. Then these same nurses and nation wreckers would run out of the country in search of greener pastures.
