  I remember very well when the then NDC chairman, Samuel Ofosu Ampofo made a passionate appeal to Akuffo Addo to restore those fm stations that were closed by Ursula Owusu. The president then refused outright saying he doesn't control the regulator. This is difference between wicked and good person.
