THE ADMIISTRATOR AT THE OFFICE THERE WITH THE HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICERS ARE COLLECTING HUGE SUMS OF MONEY FROM SUCH TEACHERS FOR THEIR PROMOTION LETTERS TO BE TRACED. WHAT HAS THESE POOR TEACHERS DONE TO DESERVE THIS INHUMANE TREATMENT? GUAN IS A NEW DISTRICT.WHY TREATING THIS TEACHERS LIKE THAT. AS FOR THAT OLD HUMAN RESOURCE MAN WHO IS ABOVE60 YRS BUT STILL IN THE SERVICE SHOULD BE WARNED.THE WORK IS NOT HIS PERSONAL WORK. THE BRIBING IS TOO MUCH.
