don't wait to buy real estate buy it now and wait for it to double in value
Unfortunately, houses priced in cedi have become more expensive for those abroad to buy. In May , a house sell8ng for Ghc1.2m was approx £60k. Today that same house at Ghc1.2m will cost me £90k.
