  The practice is to present details of charges before the court which decides criminality. You don't first try them in the court of public opinion; dent the public image of the accused before trial? What if the charges are thrown out before the courts. The AG may face several defamation suits after cases are determined in favor of the accused, if he continues his line of prosecution/persecution.
