Can somebody tell us more about the man who is proposing the "Tribunal" system in our current democratic dispensation? Those who hate to live under democratic governance have the choice to leave and relocate to anywhere on this "VAST" planet.

Ghana will not go back to those awful days where some fool will gather around a table an instantly judge their fellow human on "make up charges" to kill.
