  Zoomlion boss Elder Siaw Agyapong is the most corrupt businessman in Ghana . He’s a criminal who has amassed wealth at the expense of poor Ghanaians . He’s connives with his corrupt politician counterparts like Cecilia Dapsang and have stolen billions from country Ghana . Siaw Agyapong has to be investigated and prosecuted, and Zoomlion must never be allowed to bid, and much less win the contract. What a heartless man .
