Producer of power 'Bui Power's owes distributor of power ECG. And we have banks on the list eii.... honestly ECG is not serious, they should be shy bringing this out.
If ECG is serious about collecting its monies, everybody in Ghana should be on prepaid. Ghana Water demands cash from its customers even if a drop of water is not supplied. Prepaid for ALL!!!
