  The most important action is to abolish the practice of political appointments elect all top government officials (CJ, EC, IGP, Ministers, Public CEOs, Directors and Heads of Institutions), not the MMDCEs, because the corruption, conspiracies, bribery, thefts and failure are rooted in top government appointees and less of the MMDCEs, since the corruption starts from the top and not the bottom. Why do corrupt politicians always have something to hide and resist great ideas? Yes! Selfishness for money and power, not societal protection!! If democracy is genuine, then political appointments must cease, so that every good citizens with expertise, discipline, honesty and integrity can also have the chance to serve in top government positions and can choose their running mates just as the president does and they will all report to the presidents. Among them, the president can also choose his cabinet. It is the best genuine form of democracy that the world can have for global peace, instead of coups, wars, injustice, political conflicts, divisions and corruption etc., bred by political appointments. Political Appointment is a problem and must be abolished by constitution to allow any top government official to be elected by votes. This is the best genuine democracy which will surely develop Ghana by expertise, competition and fairness in government with transparency and equal chances for individuals to serve in Government.   If the MPs in Ghana are really smart and have Ghana at their hearts, they will pay attention to my ideologies and act on it to protect Ghanaians and not focus of their selfish interest in political appointments for personal enrichment. The practice of Political Appointments must be abolished by constitution and all top government officials must be genuinely elected by votes to allow every good competent citizen to have the chance and the right to serve in government at top positions where they can also choose their running mates, deputies, assistants or next in commands etc. Proposed by Prophet Professor Prince Awuah David (Alias Divine Ninja of America who solves complex problems by top IQ as a gift from God)

Democracy is very great but political appointment is a conspiracy and a secret threat to society. I am surprise that no one seems to be smart enough to think about this. When you have a unique intelligence to point out facts, most stupid ignorant people will insult you, avoid you or destroy you to curse themselves just as they destroyed Kwame Nkrumah to curse Ghana for several decades.   If John Mahama is not corrupt, then before he leaves office, he will adopt some of my ideas to leave a strong legacy in Ghana, especially, he is able to help abolish political appointments and and ensure that all top government officials are elected by votes as a genuine democracy for faster progress with the least possible chances of corruption. Corruption is more at the top than at the MMDCE levels, so please, Mr. John Dramani Mahama, focus on the top government officials first, if you truly want to rescue Ghana as you present yourself. You are not my enemy despite that I truly suspect that corruption foreign intelligence plotted to use you in ruining my life in covert and clandestine ways that almost got me killed in Ghana.   If you can abolish political appointments and help elect all top government official, then NPP may not have the chance to come back to power anytime soon, because, it will destroy the interests of their supporters and it will give you a stronger legacy more than any previous presidents of Ghana, except those of Kwame Nkrumah. See nonsense, she's not even pretty, she eats once a day. hungry thing even their useless father and mother can't afford three square meal for her, her body looks like worm you can't differentiate between her back from front. I thought i could help her sorrylife a little but was dumbstupid to see, she doesn't fit to my maid.
