  Its sad that SME'S with security pay as high over 36 % to 42%.
  The banks the charge such high interest rates are mostly the pure foreign banks.
  The regional and African banks are a bit better.

  Its sad that SME'S with security pay as high over 36 % to 42%.
  The banks the charge such high interest rates are mostly the pure foreign banks.
  The regional and African banks are a bit better.
  
  Ironically unsecured loans from the banks attract lower interest rates some less than 18%.than losns for business.
  
  The governor in resetting most also look the regime on interest on interest , high penal interest rate and various undisclosed charges and information.
