Can a chief be a member of the House of Queenmothers? It is a House of Chiefs. If you are not a chief, you have no business there. The same way a chief cannot be a member of the House of Queenmothers.

Women are pushing themselves too much everywhere and men are just watching? Is it because of the black hole? Women are just wicked and unappreciative and insatiable. Men are dying because of the excessive demands placed on them by their wives or partners. Every thing is about the girl child, the women and the grand women. What about the boy child, the men and the grandmen. Let men be where they are supposed to be and let women be where they are supposed to be. Giving positions to women based on competence is laudable but giving a position to a woman simply because we want to balance male/female equations when men can do the job better is an absolute stupidity! There are many women at places doing marvelously well. There are others at places that are bombs. Meritocracy is what must be used.

To me, not allowing Queenmothers to be part of the Traditional Councils, Regional Houses of Chief and National House Chiefs is unlawful, discriminatory and outmoded.
