Good you've found a legitimate job in your field of study in a country where one does his job with some level of honesty and diligence.

If this guy were to be working on a project site in Africa, Ghana for that matter, he'd be found stealing and diverting cement and iron rods meant for construction to his private building site. Let's wait and see if he'd be accused or caught diverting materials for the project during he is working on in the United States.
