  its about time, that there is a rotation and other clubs are able to participate in this, there are seasons where hears and kotoko are not the two best clubs in the country, is this supposed to be a hearts vs kotoko cup???? ...

  its about time, that there is a rotation and other clubs are able to participate in this, there are seasons where hears and kotoko are not the two best clubs in the country, is this supposed to be a hearts vs kotoko cup???? start a rotation where it's a 4 yr thing, 1. kotoko vs hearts, 2. kotoko vs the top club, 3. hearts vs the top club and 4. two other clubs not kotoko or hearts.....think outside the box
