In the midst of the process Kpebu need not bring up this suggestion. This suggestion should come from a lay person but not a lawyer of Kpebu's pedigree. Bringing that on board now will confuse the public. Should we change the constitution all of a sudden?. When Araba was misbehaving on the CJ seat didn't Kpebu know that she'll be measured by the constitution?. Let us wait for the current constitution to finish working then we can consider your so called Kpebu's suggestion please. Go to the north for a word to the wise.

Mahama NDC is establishing a precedent that litigants who lose their cases at lawcourts can file petitions for the removal of the presiding judges. That is the exact thing that the 3 petitions have brought home to Ghanaians. Araba Torkornoo sat on the cases and ruled against the litigants and the aggrieved litigants in their vengeance want Araba Torkornoo removed from the bench of the Supreme Court even though every judge enjoys constitutional immunity in the discharge of judicial functions.

Sammy Gyamfi the communication officer of the NDC went to several TV stations to talk about the petitions long before the the NDC Mahama government announced it. WHY WAS THERE A LEAKAGE IF IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SECRET? Mahama breached Article 146 (8). The People are mightier than the Constitution.
