  We are sitting on a time bomb. Deceiving ourselves with figures without reality. Supervision is very poor. People give serve you figures since you are only interested in figures without the work being done.

  We are sitting on a time bomb. Deceiving ourselves with figures without reality. Supervision is very poor. People give serve you figures since you are only interested in figures without the work being done.
  The reset must hit some of the district or municipal directors of Health services. Some are into money making. Few are genuinely breaking their backs. Mr president, take this seriously. Some of the district directors are not up to task. We also have a lot of lazy monitors in the system. From national to the grassroot.
