  What is this circus that GRA procures service from SML and it takes a journalist ie Manasseh Azuri to point out that there is fraud for President Akufo-Addo to commission KPMG to audit and now we are told the Ag Commissioner-General is actively assisting the OSP to investigate. Can we be serious?
