  This effort is long overdue. By now, there should be charging stations across the parking lots of all Ministries, Departments and Agencies, University campuses, Secondary and Technical schools and even some GPRTU lorry stations where feasible.
  The Commission is doing the right promotion but too little for the urgency needed for the world to avoid climate catastrophes including flooding (Accra Kumasi annual floods), bush fires, rising sea levels (Agavedzi etc) and strong devastation winds, to mention but a few.
  The universities should by now have their own solar energy study laboratories including the charging station and perovskite or tandem panels etc for detail studies.
