If The MPs in parliament are smart and honest enough, they would quickly amend the constitution to abolish the practice of political appointments and ensure that all top officials in government, including the; CJ, EC, IGP, Ministers, CEOs, Directors and Heads of all public entities are elected by votes to bring progress and quick development in Ghana by; (1) competence, (2) Integrity, (3) Competition, (4) Fairness, (5) Expertise, (6) Honesty, (7) Discipline, (8) Responsibility, (9) Accountability, (10) Transparency, (11) Political Independence, (12) Less Corruption, (13) Less Bribery, (14) Less Thefts, (15) Least Failure,(16) Trust in government, (17) No Presidential Shielding, (18) Equal Chances of leadership, (19) Equal Rights of any citizen to serve in top government positions, (20) Inability of foreign intelligence to manipulate all appointees through one man; the president. Since some corrupt politicians have fooled most citizens, it becomes very hard for most ordinary ignorant citizens to understand my justifications for abolishing Political appointments and to reason with me. It proves to me that over 50% of Ghanaians, in order words over 15 million people born in Ghana are really ignorant or have some foolishness in reasoning or believe that government belongs some politicians instead of all citizens by total voice or the voice of the masses.
