HE, the man (father of her child) was AWARE of her predicament PRIOR to engaging s*xually with her.
How is it suddenly convenient to cast aspersions as though she decided to "spread" the virus?
Fortunately, the negative results prove one thing; she did not have it.
BUT the point here is that this MAN chose to go beyond just talking her out of suicide.

The GH courts must be looking at 1 to 2 billion cedis compensation for such cases to make people wake up.

The first report from the casket kit initially tested on , is never the final results of HIV positive, there's the OraQuick too, which is supposed to be rubbed on the gum ,and if that one is also positive,the client is then referred to Korle bu Hospital or any other High Profile
Lab. Facility for a final test .And that's where the result is finally declared as HIV POS. So if you didn't go through this then there's no point in suing the Lab. Centre. They only gave you the results from the very first test, probably. And that popular HIV TEST KITS at the district levels are not 100% reliable

I wish her well. Whichever legal team is behind her, should make this happen. IF THE GHANA JUDGES NOT RULE SATISFACTORILY, TAKE THE CASE TO THE EUROPEAN COURT OF LAW IN DEN HAAG, NETHERLANDS.
