The Singaporean is allegedly suing Ashie Moore, a non govt official and a non ECG official, for breach of ECG contract supposedly to supply cables. A contract that supposedly involved paying Ashie Moore and company $800K even before things go into operation. Knowing our country, that could have happened if Moore was in govt or ECG official at the time. So don't question the intelligence of anybody who asks whether which govt was in power at the time.

I have been to Morocco and it's really like Europe.

The gutters were disilted and the sand left at the banks instead of being collected.Then the rain came all were swept back to the gutter.
