  Look at this fool here. What he is talking about is that the global rating agencies are very honest and trustworthy. Very professional and cannot be manipulated by African leaders. And so he is calling for a more corrupt, non credible and non transparent Africa led rating agencies who can twist the facts and carried out bogus ratings. He is looking for rating agencies that can manipulate figures and do false reportage.
