The suspended Chief Justice has sued the Chairman of the Committee who had been named as witness in one of the petitions so he could not be Chairman and Witness at the same time.
1. She did not sue the Chairman of the Committee at the Supreme Court as the Chairman is a Supreme Court judge. (clever move)
2. Suing at the High Court puts the lawsuit in the hands of a neutral judge.

Even chiefs who are properly enstooled can sometimes be destooled when they breach laws governing the stool. How much she occupying position of the entire citizens. Tweaaaaa, hahahahaha, the day this woman will die, she has to be buried with CJ stool and there will no more chief justice position in Ghana because stool owner has taken the stool to her grave.
