Reasons why his company has not been able to pay him is unknown since the company has spoken to the public. Some companies are struggling financially but they still have to keep their workers whilst they manage. Some issues are handled privately. It’s between your family and the company. If the company is truly taking advantage of you there are legal provisions of dealing with that. Since he has made the company know that he is suffering whilst working with them they also have the right to give you relief by making you go and rest or better still find a better job. Social media usage gone wrong!

The company may have other obligations like Fuel, utilities, rent, Taxes, Ssnit, Comm & Internet, Debt repayment, interest expenses, etc. and possibly on low revenues.
